The requirements for achieving a Gold certification are very stringent, requiring 16 Cisco certified individuals, including four Cisco Sales Experts (CSE) and four Cisco Certified Internetwork Experts (CCIE). In addition to the qualified personnel, a Gold organization must demonstrate Core Support Requirements including pre-sales support, a support lab, demo lab, client support center that operates 24x7x365, and an escalation process.
