Founder
Founder/Chairman of the Board at Atrion Networking Corporation, Charles L. Nault has made his mark in the technology industry field.
Nault is recognized throughout New England for his technical consulting. He has provided training to such renowned companies as Codex Corporation, Avanti Communications, Dynatech Corporation, before starting his own company, Atrion Communications Resources of New England with three other partners.
In 1990, Nault brought onboard Oscar “Tim’’ Hebert as partner and Chief Information Officer. Nault and Hebert changed the company name to Atrion Networking Corporation to reflect the company’s commitment to the growing networking market.
Since that time Nault has been at the helm of Atrion, leading the company to sales of close to $20 million annually. His steadfast commitment to his customers and employees has earned him an impeccable reputation in the technical industries.
Atrion clients run the gamut from AOL Time Warner, KB Toys, Polaroid Corporation to the Ghanaian Government. Nault led Atrion to secure”Silver Certified Partner” status from Cisco System, the industry leader in Internetworking. This certification, one of the most difficult to attain, signifies that Atrion works directly with Cisco on network design, implementation and support. Atrion has consistently placed in the top five percent of all North American Cisco partners in customer satisfaction under Nault’s leadership.
Nault has worked tirelessly on numerous boards and organizations. He is currently the treasurer of the Information Technology Academy, past president and current board member of the Rhode Island Technology Council, and ambassador and member of the CEO Club of Boston. His high level of social consciousness has benefited the community in which Atrion employees reside. Nault serves as Co-Chairman of the External Relations Committee for the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) Foundation, is the director of missions at Christian Hill Community Church and is an instructor in Junior Achievement.
In his early career, Nault spent numerous years in the US Air Force, gleaning valuable experience teaching computer systems repair of F-15 fighter planes. His technical experience, along with his teaching abilities and business savvy has lauded him an expert in the technology field.
