Atrion Networking Corporation Acquires Shazamm

Atrion Networking Corporation announces today it has acquired interactive multimedia company, Shazamm, allowing it to offer customized technical and aesthetic client business solutions.

Shazamm specializes in detailed Web, print and multi-media communications and marketing solutions, with Web application designs and technologies being its signature trademark. Also a customized, client-focused company, Shazamm’s culture and methodologies are parallel to Atrion’s, and make the merger of the two companies, although they are in two different arenas of information technology, a perfect fit.

With the acquisition of Shazamm, Atrion will now be able to offer its clients not only behind-the-scenes services such as Unified Communications, Network Security and Managed Services, but also outward-facing services such as functional and attentive website and communications capabilities.

With offices in Providence, RI and New York City, Atrion will be able to more proficiently serve its regional client base.
